I am Aman Singh. My journey began at 19 delivering newspapers and tutoring students who weren’t just struggling with academics. They were struggling with confidence and self-belief.
That wasn’t tutoring anymore. That was a calling, one that has never let me go.
For the last 20 years it has been the thread running through everything I’ve done, every role I’ve stepped into, every life I’ve had the privilege to touch.
Because I’ve always believed that every interaction is an opportunity to create impact in someone’s life. I didn’t adopt that belief. It adopted me. It has woven itself into the very fabric of who I am.
Over two decades, across brands like Shoppers Drug Mart and Best Western, I developed tools and strategies that reshape service culture and raise hospitality standards. But what sets my approach apart is this. I don’t just train people on what to do. I focus on unlocking the confidence and potential already inside them.
