I am Aman Singh.
My journey began at 19, delivering newspapers and tutoring students who were struggling not only with academics, but also with confidence and self-belief.
What started as tutoring became my first lesson in the power of human potential. Watching people grow in confidence and capability inspired a belief that has guided me throughout my life and career that every interaction is an opportunity to create impact.
For more than 20 years, that belief has guided every role I’ve stepped into. It has woven itself into the fabric of who I am, shaping both my life personally and professionally.
Across organizations such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Best Western Hotels, I have helped transform service culture, empower teams, and create meaningful impact by fostering environments where people can thrive, perform at their best, and contribute to organizational growth and success.
Over the last two decades, through training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership, I have helped more than 500 individuals develop a positive self-image, build confidence, strengthen communication skills, enhance emotional intelligence, and realize greater potential in their careers and lives.
I’ve worked with team members, students, and professionals who once struggled in difficult guest interactions and challenging situations, and through consistent guidance and support, helped them develop the confidence and presence to handle any guest, any conversation, and any challenge.
I’ve then watched many of them grow into trusted professionals, with some advancing into leadership roles and greater responsibilities.
As a hospitality leader, I believe great service goes beyond checklists. It is built through presence, anticipation, emotional intelligence, and genuine human connection.
Today, through Right Path Learning Academy, I bring together everything I have learned, practiced, and proven in real-world environments.
My mission is to help job seekers, hospitality professionals, and individuals develop the confidence, mindset, and practical skills needed to thrive both professionally and personally.
Every strategy, framework, and tool I share comes from real experience, not theory. Because while skills create opportunities, confidence and self-belief unlock potential.
